Women who read food labels weight nearly 9 pounds  less than women who don't labels researchers say.

Maybe something I should start doing?  Researchesrs have used data from the annual National health interview Survey conducted by the CDC.  Abut 25,640 observations were collected on health, eating and shopping habits in the survey.  The study also found more women read lebels than men.
