American, POW Flags Stolen From Manchester Grand Army Memorial

A day before the ceremonies at Grand Army Memorial, the American and POW flags are missing.

Manchester Police Capt. Lisa Parker released a statement Sunday saying the unknown actor(s) cut the hoist rope and fled the scene with the two flags.

The flags were last seen at full mast Saturday night. No known suspect descriptions are available at this time.
