Mariah Carey was the first to be locked in a little while ago. In the meantime rumors have been flying about who would be in (Nicki Minaj? Kanye West?) and who would be out (no more Randy Jackson?).

Well we now have our answers. Take a look at the new Idol judging panel:

There you have it - Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj, and Keith Urban.

So we're back to the 4 judge format, and there are definitely some superstar additions (and already rumors of, let's call them "personality conflicts").
