The rebirth that comes with warmer weather?

Or did you just sneeze?

I don't know about you, but it's been about two weeks now since I started feeling itchy, wheezy, and congested.

And that's with allergy medication!

If you've been having the same side-effects from spring's blossoming, well, bad news - it's not going to get better anytime soon.

According to The Weather Channel, tree pollen levels are expected to stay at "Very High" levels until at the very least this weekend:

There are a few simple things that you can do to alleviate at least some of the misery; like finding an allergy medication that works well for you, keeping windows and doors tightly closed (yes, even on nice days!), and vacuuming regularly.

And honestly, I know that it grosses some people out, but I think that nasal irrigation systems like Neti Pots really are helpful.

Look, there is nothing sexy about leaning over the sink and pouring saline in one nostril while is drains out the other, but getting all that crud out of there really is key, and some experts swear by it (just be sure to read the safety instructions).

So, how have allergies been where you are? Are you wheezing for mercy at this point? Comment below or on our Facebook page and let us know where you are and how it's been!
