Surveilance footage helped authorities identify a man accused of slipping his cell phone under dressing room walls to photograph and videotape women at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown.

Vincent Rogers, 23, Neptune, was arrested Wednesday and charged with with invasion of privacy in connection with the June 13 incidents at Forever 21 and Cotton On, according to police.

The victims reported that a man in an adjacent dressing room and placed a smart phone under the stall wall as they undressed. He fled before police arrived.

Police are urging anyone who may have experienced a similar incident to contact Detective Bryan Mulholland at 732-389-1776.
