MORRISTOWN — A man arrested on Thanksgiving after being accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl into prostitution is now facing additional human trafficking charges.

Michael Keenan, 23, was charged anew after an investigation turned up another alleged 17-year-old female victim, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said. The teen told investigators that Keenan would drive her to hotels in Mount Olive for prostitution and take a cut of the money she collected.

Keenan was originally charged with doing the same thing between Nov. 11 and Nov. 21. In that part of the investigation, he faces charges of first-degree human trafficking, first-degree promoting prostitution and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Keenan is being held with bail set at $250,000.

Knapp asked anyone with information about these incidents to call the Sex Crimes/Child Endangerment Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office at 973-285-6200.
