Admitted Heroin Pusher to be Sentenced Friday for Lacey Death
Sentencing takes place Friday for the Ocean County 33-year-old who admitted supplying the heroin that killed a Lacey Township victim just about a year ago.
Kenneth Staunton, also of Lacey, pleaded guilty to manslaughter last November for the death of Raymond Farino.
At the time of his plea bargain, prosecutors had been set to recommend eight years in prison, with four concurrent years for heroin possession.
Farino was dound dead in his Forked River house last January 16.
