A Traffic Light Will Need to be Here in Bayville

This lot in Bayville right on the corner of Mill Creek Road and Ocean Gate Avenue condos are being built and I'm hearing a lot from residents and neighbors saying our schools can't handle it in Bayville.  And the wildlife, where are they going to go?

Living close by to wear the condos are being built, it is something that concerns me especially the traffic at the intersection at Mill Creek Road, Veeder Lane, and Ocean Gate Drive.

This intersection is bad on a good day.  I have sat at this intersection trying to make a left off of Veeder for a good 10 - 15 minutes already.   I can't even imagine what it's going to be like when people start moving in and there is double the traffic.  I'm hoping the town plans on putting a traffic light in there.  I'm not sure which side the entrance will be, Mill Creek or Ocean Gate Drive, either way...a traffic light is needed here.
