A Kiss Is NOT Just A Kiss!
NO..! Not that kind of Kiss. We’re talking Kissing…! Kissing is not only fun, it’s healthy! Under the mistletoe, in front of the tree, kissing is a good thing!
My good friend, Dr. Anthony Lombardi, told me these great reasons to celebrate the holidays and ring in the new year with a kiss!
Kissing increases oxytocin levels, a calming hormone that produces a feeling of peace and bonding. Hey, we all say we want “peace on earth”, right, SO KISS!
Kissing burns 2-3 calories a minute. So skip the second cookie and kiss instead! I’m thinking that will override the first cookie!
Passionate kissing relieves tension, reduces negative energy and produces a sense of well being, lowering your stress hormone levels. AND IT’S FUN!
Kissing uses 30 facial muscles and helps keep the facial muscles tight, preventing baggy cheeks. Hmm…wish I would have known that a few years ago, but hey, it’s never too late!
Kissing is good for your heart too! It boosts adrenaline which helps circulation. YAY!
Kissing is great for self-esteem! It makes you feel appreciated and helps your state of mind. Who doesn’t need improved state of mind this time of year. I’M IN!
