Preston Lopriore, 21, was taken into custody Monday by officers responding to a call from a worker in the business in a plaza on South Hope Chapel Road.

The worker told police that he suspected two people of using drugs in the rest room.

Police said that Lopriore acted erratically when confronted by Officers Kyle Stybe, Derek Gorski, Bill Simon and Jody Benecke, but that he calmed down while they conducted research and found the full-extradition warrant.

Lopriore was in possession of several wax folds of heroin and a syringe, police said.

A woman companion was released on site. Lopriore's bail on the drug counts was set at $20,000.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
