A suspect is attached to a crime of opportunity in Howell Township. Police issued surveillance images of a man who they believe quickly clipped a suitcase from the lobby of Dynasty Asian Fusion on Route 9, and took off in a car on September 23. The luggage contained clothes for a three-year-old.
