The Navy SEAL who fell to his death during a Fleet Week parachute stunt over the Hudson River is a 27-year-old from Colorado. Remington Peters was a member of the Navy's Leap Frogs parachute team. Investigators are still probing the parachute failure that forced him to cut loose and aim for the river.

Five more beneficiaries of federal Superstorm relief are charged with getting the money under false pretenses, according to the New Jersey Attorney General's Office.
