There will be normal service but about 15-minute delays are expected in and out of New York Penn Station this morning following a "slow speed derailment" by a train coming in from Long Branch Thursday night.

Officials say no one on board the train carrying about 180 passengers was injured.

New Jersey Transit continues to investigate alongside Amtrak this morning to find what caused the derailment.

Twelve more Lakewood residents are being charged with scamming medicaid and other government subsidies by lying about their incomes.

They face third degree theft counts and authorities say that tax charges are possible.

Complaints filed on Thursday bring the number of defendants so far to 26.

Police in Lakewood and Howell are investigating a video that appears to show a school bus speeding and not stopping for train tracks.

A motorist took the video near the Howell and Lakewood border and sent it to us, and we forwarded it to Lakewood Police.

The bus belongs to Jay's Bus Service, the same company whose driver was charged in a road rage incident last year.
