The incident that drew a SWAT team to a house in Lakewood this afternoon now has police searching for suspects, and for witnesses. The victim told investigators that he was confronted by three armed men in his house near Route 88 and Cherry Street, and escaped by jumping from a second-story window. Police said he sustained no noticeable external injuries, but was examined by township emergency medical technicians.
