A two-year old Galloway child who'd been missing was found dead on Sunday morning after drowning in a neighbors pool.

The toddler was rushed to a hospital but was unable to be revived.

An investigation into the disappearance and death is ongoing.

More than 90 thousand calls were made to New Jersey's domestic violence hotline last year.

Advocates reached out to help victims in a variety of different situations.

With the cost of healthcare continuing to go up, hospitals in New Jersey keep merging.

Kerry McKean Kelly of the Jersey hospital association says there have been a lot of funding cut s in recent years, and even deeper cuts could be coming, depending on what congress does with replacing the affordable care act.

“We are definitely seeing an increase in hospital mergers in New Jersey. We probably have about 80 percent of the state’s hospitals now part of a multi hospital system,” said Kerry McKean Kelly, vice president of communications for the New Jersey Hospital Association.

She adds hospitals are also forming partnerships with nursing homes and rehab centers to improve and expand patient service.
