Grief is palpable in Keansburg, where the body of an 11-year-old girl was recovered this morning, less than 12 hours after her mother reported her missing. Investigators found Abbiegail Smith's remains near the Hancock Arms apartment complex where she lived, near the Henry Hudson bike trail. The case is being pursued as a homicide. More details here.
