One of the fatal victims aboard the U.S. Military refueling plane that crashed in Mississippi this week has been identified as 20-year old Marine Dan Baldassare of Colts Neck, according a report by Memphis TV station WREG.

Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the KC-130 to explode and kill 16 passengers.
