New Jersey's largest state-worker union, The Communications Workers of America is tangling in court one last time with Governor Christie in the waning months of his term.

This time over changes the decentralization of the office of information technology.

Christie says the union opposes efficiency.

"We have no plans to privatize jobs at all, that's not what this is about," said Christie. "What it's about is getting experts on information technology to be writing standard programs across the entire government that can talk to each other."

He says the union sued because workers were sent to departments with 40-hour work weeks, rather than 35 hours.

The CWA says about 50 of 180 displaced workers had their hours changed without bargaining or compensation.
