Friday, February 22nd it's the "Souper Bowl 2013" at Manchester High School... beginning  at 5 PM. Teams from schools around the State will compete for the "best soup" title. It's  a fundraiser for the National Kidney Foundation and Ocean - Monmouth County Food Banks. Tickets are 6 dollars per person only 5 dollars if you bring a non-perishable food donation ...
