The Sand Castle Diner is our go-to place after a concert at my daughter's school, lunch with my girlfriends, or any other time we're just plain hungry. They have the best pancakes around (my daughter's all-time favorite is with chocolate chips) and their soups are delicious! Today they celebrate their 30th Anniversary at The Sand Castle Diner.
