The 2016 Engage Toms River Arts Challenge's theme was 'Remembering Our Veterans'.  After receiving dozens of amazing submissions, the judges narrowed down the field to the Top 3 in each category.  The categories and finalists for this year's competition were as follows:

The winners of all 5 categories were announced on July 1st, 1:00 on Mancini Hall in the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library. Each of the category winners received $1500 and the artist who received the largest amount of votes overall won the grand prize of an additional $2500.
