2 Arrested In Lakewood Robbery

Lakewood Police lock up two Burlington County men on armed robbery charges Friday.

Officers heard 3 gun shots fired outside Brandy's Tavern on Route 88 then arrived to find the victim chasing down his assailants. 29 year olds Eugene Greshan and Rodney Coney stole the 40 year old Lakewood man's jewelry and $1100 in cash but lost their gun in the process.

Police recovered the jewels and cash; no one was reported injured. Greshan and Coney were taken to the Ocean County Jail.
