12-Year-Old Boy Dies In Lakewood Hit-And-Run

Lakewood Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that took the life of  12-year-old Edward Juarez on Friday night.

Authorities say Juarez was struck near the entrance of Shenandoah Park on South Clover St at around 10:45 p.m. Friday night.

The vehicle is believed to be a large, dark colored vehicle that would have sustained a broken windshield and damage to the front end.
